Kootathil Oruthan, is all about an middle-bencher or an averager whom we come across our lives on a daily basis who never get noticed in the big crowd. This film deals with one such person in the crowd and who falls in love with a person who is an exact opposite of him.

The entire team has given their best in supporting the movie. Ashok Selvan has delivered the role given to him with utmost perfection. Be it his looks, his mannerism everything proves and makes us believe that he is an averager.
His transformation was carried out well. Priya Anand on the other side has been given a meaty role and she has performed it well. Samuthirakani as a gangster played his role with ease. Marimuthu as Ashok Selvan's strick dad has given his best. Balasaravanan gives us some relief and evokes laughter.The Team
Technically this film is good. Nivas Prasanna's music elevates the scenes. Varma's Cinematography is top notch and gives the much needed support for the film. Editing by Leo John Paul is neat and perfect.
