Om Shanti Om Movie Review – Late and Shabby to the Party
Om Shanti Om was directed and was ready for launch almost two years ago but has took so long to hit theaters. If it has had a unique script or a good presentation, it would have been a decent runner at the box office.

The problem is, it doesn't! Srikanth has been looking forward to a good script as a solo hero but luck has been evading him for a long time now. While his multi-cast movies like Drohi and Nanban were good, other films continue to fail.
- • Srikanth's sincere performance
- • Unique plotline about ghost stories
- • Cinematography
- • Too late to the theaters
- • Very predictive scenes
- • Annoying songs and average background score
- • Script doesn't convince
Srikanth is in love with a girl but when he suddenly gets requests from random people to help him, he tries to do his best. Only in the next episodes, he realize that they are all deed and wish to fulfill their last dreams through him.The Cast
Srikanth has done his best and tried to shoulder the responsibility of the slow movie as much as possible. Neelam is the heroine who has very little to do except look glamorous and fill up the song sequences. The film has others in the cast including Junior Balaiah and Naren as the villain but all of them have very little scope except for rare occasions. The Team
Director Surya Prabhakar has decided to mix everything in one plaetter, comedy, horror and sentiment. But, too many ingredients in the same dish is not something that people will relish. Music by Vijay Ebinezer is very average and the songs make the movie slow than it already is. Cinematography is good but in a film that is very similar to 'Mass' which itself is a flop, it's hard to feel entertained.
Bottom line – Simply boring and too predictable!
