- Action sequence needs a special appreciation
- Stunning visuals by Vetri.
- Anirudh's music is the big plus. Gives the movie its international standard.
- Over dramatic dialogues.
- Logical loopholes.
- Karunakaran's comedy dint click well looks unnatural at places.
The entire cast has given their best and yes, there is no doubt when it is Ajith's movie. Siva has chosen the right cast for this Spy thriller and each and every character in this film is well-etched and all have done their part perfectly.
Ajith, as usual, gives his "The best performance" and we should admit to the fact that his role as a Spy agent suits him well. Ajith has got an intense role to perform and he grabs our attention right from the beginning. It's mass all the way.
Kajal Aggarwal gets a meaty role in this film and it plays a major part in the film. She looks ravishing and gives her best as a dutiful wife.
Akshara Haasan has a small but an important role in this flick and she carries out with ease. Karunakaran's role could have been better as the comedy doesn't click.
Vivek Oberoi makes a strong debut with Vivegam and he carries out his role with utmost perfection. Most of the time he is used to hype up Ajith's character and it definitely gives goosebumps and whistling moments for the fans. The Team
Technically this film is brilliant. Thanks to the whole crew for giving a movie which can match international standards. Anirudh music is a big plus in this movie and the BGM elevates the scenes.
All the songs are when placed and thanks to Cinematographer Vetri for making it a visual treat.
The story line is simple and becomes predictable, Siva could have given much concentration on the logics and the climax portion could have been much better as it looks hurried.
Editing by Antony L Ruben is crisp and neat and he was able to keep up the tempo throughout the film. The stunt sequences were well choreographed, kudos to the stunt directors who have done an outstanding job.
Bottom line - A full-fledged action masala, lacks logic at places but is engaging till the end credits. Go for it!
