Jailer is the upcoming movie of Superstar Rajinikanth which is being directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. The film also stars Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, and Shivraj Kumar in pivotal roles. The Glimpse video of the film, which has music composed by Anirudh was released a couple of weeks back and was received well by the netizens.
It was already reported that Mohanlal, a superstar of the Malayalam film industry will be part of the film but there was no official confirmation made by the production company Sun Pictures. Now the team has released an official announcement for the same. Yes, actor Mohanlal has been confirmed to star opposite Rajinikanth in Jailer.

This marks Mohanlal’s first combo with Rajinikanth. Now both Rajinikanth’s fans and Mohanlal’s fans are very excited to see them share the screen. This is going to be a brilliant combo and we have to see them onscreen to feel the chills.
