Ponniyin Selvan is the upcoming historical Tamil movie in the industry which is framed based on the epic Tamil novel titled Kalki. Directed by ace director Mani Ratnam. The movie is being shot in two parts. This movie marks the trademark of one of the costliest movies ever in Indian Cinema. The flick has created a huge expectation among the audience as the cast list consists of a bunch of favourite stars for the audience.
The movie features Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Trisha, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Prabhu, Jayaram, Nizhalgal Ravi, Vikram Prabhu, Ashwin Kakkamanu, Riyaz Khan, Sarathkumar, Parthiban, Prakash Raj and Balaji Shaktivel. The movie will be released in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
The technical crew includes A.R. Rahman as the music composer, Varman as the cinematographer and Sreekhar Prasad as editor. Ilango Krishnan, Kabilan and Venba Geethayan as lyricists and Jeyamohan wrote the dialogues. Now the much-awaited moment has arrived. The teaser launch event is to happen in Chennai tomorrow with stars from all industries attending this grand event.
Earlier, the team planned to release the teaser in Thanjavur Big temple, the capital of the Chola dynasty, but for some unknown reasons, it didn’t take place. Cinema stars from Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi will be attending the teaser launch and it is going to be a grand event. Stay tuned for more breaking updates.
