One of the much anticipated movies which is gearing up for it’s release on September 30 is Ponniyin Selvan. The whole cinema is waiting to witness the epic on the big screen, which is helmed by Mani Ratnam. The movie is a dream project for Mani Ratnam and a dream movie to be watched by all cinema fans. The upcoming historical Pan India movie is framed based on the epic Tamil novel titled Kalki. This movie marks the trademark of one of the costliest movies ever in Indian Cinema.
The flick has created a huge expectation among the audience as the cast list consists of a bunch of favourite stars for the audience. The movie features Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Trisha, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Prabhu, Jayaram, Nizhalgal Ravi, Vikram Prabhu, Ashwin Kakkamanu, Riyaz Khan, Sarathkumar, Parthiban, Prakash Raj and Balaji Shaktivel. Ponniyin Selvan will be released in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
The promotional process and post-production for the movie has been geared up and happening in full swing. The technical crew includes A.R. Rahman as the music composer, Varman as the cinematographer and Sreekhar Prasad as editor. Ilango Krishnan, Kabilan and Venba Geethayan as lyricist and Jeyamohan wrote the dialogues. On July 31, the first single from the movie was released in a grand event that happened in Chennai. The first single, Ponni Nadhi, received a ravishing response among the audience.
Now the next hottest update is the Oscar award winner AR Rahman,  has shared an exciting update. Dolby Atmos music mixing for Ponniyin Selvan is currently taking place in Los Angeles and Rahman shared a picture from the studio on his Instagram account and wrote, “@gregtownley1220 working on #dolbyatmos music mixing for PS 1 at #losangles #panchathanhollywoodstudios”.
AR Rahman would always make his fans fly on cloud nine through his innovations in music. And recently it was updated that he has taken extra steps to make the music more aesthetic in the movie.
