Manju Warrier and Soubin Shahir have been roped in under the directorial of Mahesh Vettiyaar’s for an upcoming movie titled as Vellarikkapattanam. This combo has been roped in again, earlier Manju Warrier and Soubin Shahir were teamed up for Jack and Jill which gained an amazing response and success among the audience.
Now the team of Vellarikkapattanam has released a graphic fun first look poster portraying Manju Warrier character as leaping with a sword-like one of the troopers from the Kerala folktales while Soubin Shields himself from her attack. By seeing the poster it is expected that the movie might be a family entertainer filled with humor with a strong message and also a social satire set in the contemporary era.
The report says that, As the movie was scripted before the lockdown and at the time Manju Warrier and Soubin Shahir, both of them are busy with the shooting for Lalitham Sundaram and Djin after the completion of those movies the pandemic situation has been aroused so the shooting of the movie Vellarikkapattanam got delayed. And now the team reveals blissful news that the shooting may enter the floors by this month and even the locations for the shooting has been finalized. The location spot includes Alappuzha.
