The news was shared by his son GNR Kumaravelan in his social media account. GNR Kumaravelan wrote, “My Father, my mentor, my love … passed away today morning around 8.45 am. Need all your prayers to keep my family in strength.” G.N. Rangarajan worked with Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan in Kalyanaraman, Meendum Kokila.
