The latest update we have is that Rashmika Mandanna has joined the cast of Dhanush’s 51st film. This project is being directed by Sekhar Kammula and Rashmika will be working with Dhanush and Sekhar Kammula for the first time.
According to a statement, the film would be produced on a grand scale in multiple languages. The makers of #D51 published a concept poster ahead of Dhanush’s birthday on July 28. Details about the plot and other actors are awaited.
Meanwhile, Dhanush is preparing for the release of his much awaited film ‘Captain Miller’. He recently revealed the first look from the film. The poster alludes to the film’s violent and action-packed setting. The film is set to be released in theaters this year. Dhanush also has a Hindi film ‘Tere Ishk Mein’ with Aanand L Rai. The duo has earlier worked together in ‘Raanjhanaa’ and ‘Atrangi Re’.
Rashmika, on the other hand, will be seen sharing screen space with Ranbir Kapoor and Anil Kapoor in ‘Animal’ in the coming months. The film will be released in theaters on December 1. She also has ‘Pushpa 2’ with Allu Arjun in the works.
