Director Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan based on the novel of the same name has already received a huge response from the fans. This two-part film stars Vikram, Karthi, Jayamravi, Aishwarya Rai, Trisha, Aishwarya Lakshmi, Vikram Prabhu, Prakashraj, Jayaram, Sarathkumar, Parthiban.

Ponniyan Selvan movie saw Vikram playing the role of Aditha Karikalan, Karthi as Vandiyadev, Jayam Ravi as Arunmozhi Varman, Aishwarya Rai as Nandini and Trisha as Kundavai.
