South Indian actor Siddharth has worked in several movies in Tamil, Tengu, and Hindi, recently he made heads turn through the web series Escaype Live on Disney+ Hotstar. He has now said that the security officials questioned and harassed actor Siddharth’s parents at Madurai airport.
Actor Siddharth is very active on social media and has always voiced out for social matters on his Twitter page. He has also criticized the ruling government. Now Siddharth has shared a story on his Instagram page. He shared a photo from the airport to talk about his experience and said that the security officials harassed his parents by questioning them and despite being asked to speak in English, the officers ignored them and continued to speak in Hindi. Siddharth further added that when they protested against them they said “In India, this is how it is”. This post is spreading on social media.
Sharing the picture on his Instagram Stories, Siddharth wrote, “Harassed for 20 mins @ Madurai airport by CRPF. They made my senior parents remove coins from their bags! And repeatedly talked to us in Hindi after being told to speak in English.” He accidentally tagged CRPF instead of CISF (Central Industrial Security Force) in the post.
