Actor Vikram and the team have been shooting busy for some high octane action scenes in Russia. Directed by Ajay Gnanmuthu of Imaikka Nodigalfame, the movie features Vikram in seven different roles. The cast includes Cobra also stars KGF-fame Srinidhi Shetty and cricketer Irfan Pathan in their Tamil debuts. It has cinematography by Sivakumar Vijayan and is produced by Lalit Kumar of Seven Screen Studio.
Meanwhile, the crew packed their bags midway from Russia due to coronavirus. Ajay Gnanamuthu tweeted, ‘Corona attack for #Cobra Packing up the shoot in Russia halfway due to the travel ban rules by Indian Government!! Pongaya neengalum Unga corona vum!!’.
Vikram is supposed to join the shoot for PooniyinSelvan, directed by Mani Ratnam soon after completing Cobra.
