Selvaraghavan is currently working on a movie titled Naane Varuven by having his brother Dhanush as the lead. They both have teamed almost after a decade. The story is penned by Dhanush and directed and also acted by Selvaraghavan. Earlier it was said that Selvaraghavan will be commencing the works for his next movies Aayirathil Oruvan 2 and Pudhupettai 2.
He will first start the production for Pudhupettai 2 and then will start for Aayirathil Oruvan 2. Reportedly the movies will enter the screens for release in 2024. Now the recent update is that he will start the Pudhupettai 2 once he finishes the work for Naane Varuven. Both the movies will have Dhanush in the lead role.
Pudhupettai is a gangster movie which was a huge hit. His character Kokki Kumar gained him huge fame among the audience. The movie also featured Sneha and Sonia Aggarwal as the female leads. Meanwhile, Aayirathil Oruvan featured Karthi in the lead role and speaks about the epic Chola dynasty.
